HOW TO OVERCOME FEAR.

1.      Fear ye not
Fear is a self-defeat, an incapacity, and is a crippling emotional disease that severely distorts our perception of reality. It is adrenaline for acts of mercy. Fear is a narcotic that leaves its addicts wasted and derelict.
Saul the king of Israel, was predestined to win; however, the devil raised up the philistines (through Goliath) to attack Saul. 1Samuel 17:11 Says “when Saul and all Israel heard those words of the philistines, they were dismayed, and greatly afraid”. Saul could not stand up to the challenge and fear retired Him! Fear always comes from the enemy and Satan in two ways:
·         To stop you from fulfilling your destiny and
·         To stop you from exercising your authority as a predestined winner.
I want to tell you that you have been predestined to be a winner. Never allows enemy or Satan to terrify you. Be strong and be courageous; the victory is indubitable. In the early journey of Joshua, God said to him “Be strong and of good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I swear unto their fathers to give them” [Joshua 1:6].
Eleanor Roosevelt asserted “we gain strength, courage and confidence by each experience in which we really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, I lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes”.
Step out, face your fears, you are a winner, a conqueror in Christ Jesus.
Norman Vincent Peale,” action is a great restorer and builder of confidence. Inaction is not only the result, but the cause of fear. Perhaps the action you take will be successful, perhaps different actions or adjustments will have to follow. But any action is better that no action at all”. Resist the fear in you; it is the enemy of your destiny. Fear ye not! Fear ye not!
